Willow was engaged by Grocon as the preferred consultant for both Digital Engineering Services and the Documenting Architect role. In this capacity, we will be collaborating with Grocon, the designers, and subcontractors to deliver documentation and BIM Services through the Design Development, Construction Documentation and Site Services phases. The Ribbon project is a redevelopment of the existing IMAX site at Darling Harbour in Sydney, bound by Darling Harbour to the north, the new convention centre to the west, and the Darling Quarter precinct to the south, it is sure to be one of the largest and most significant Hotel developments in the country. The project will comprise of a 450 guestrooms 5 Star hotel, 140+ serviced apartments, 170 Car stacker, IMAX theatre redevelopment, retail, PMNSW offices and extensive public domain redevelopment works.
