Brookfield has embarked on a smart building journey to ensure that the building incorporates advanced technology that brings significant value to its clients, whilst providing them with an unparalleled experience. Willow have been engaged on 1 Manhattan West to implement the WillowTwin™ platform and provide Digital Engineering services to create and secure the digital foundation of their assets and transform the way the building is constructed, managed and experienced. Integration with the Willow Marketplace will also ensure 1 Manhattan West is future-ready and has access to best-in-class smart building technologies.
