Dallas, Texas (April 20, 2022) — Willow, the leading provider of digital twin solutions for modern, efficient smart infrastructure and real estate, is pleased to announce a number of key changes within the company’s leadership as the firm responds to accelerated demand for its technology in North America and around the world.
Gerard Francis has been appointed to the position of President. In this role, Francis is responsible and accountable to drive the execution of the business plan, building upon the momentum in key sectors, as customers accelerate adopting WillowTwin™. Francis was previously Willow’s Global Head of Engagements.
Scott Smith has taken on the new role of Chief Customer Officer and will continue to lead Willow’s partnership with Microsoft. As CCO, Smith is the customer champion within Willow and will work with Beth Chmielowski, the newly appointed Head of Customer Success, to manage and strengthen partnerships with each of Willow’s customers.
David Ossip has taken on the new role of Chief Commercial Officer. In this role, he is building on his previous work in corporate development. Ossip will also continue in his role as Company Secretary and maintain oversight of the legal and commercial compliance functions of the business in the capacity of General Counsel.
Shaun Klann has taken on the new role of Head of Strategic Growth, this role has been specifically created in response to the accelerated demand for WillowTwin™ from existing and new customers. Klann was previously President, Global Head of Real Estate.
Kevin Danehy has taken on the new role of Vice Chair, Global Head of Corporate Development. In this role, Danehy will work directly with Ridley to develop Willow’s commercial opportunities and build Willow’s global presence. This will include partnering with existing and new customers, strategic partners and investors. He was previously Willow’s CEO of North America.
