Referring to his appointment as Chairman, Mr. Moore said, “Over the course of my career, I have come to realise that opportunities like Willow only come up rarely… I was impressed by the people, the space they are in and the product.”

Joshua Ridley, Willow’s Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, said, “Willow is delighted to have Nicholas Moore join as our Chairman and invest in the business. We look forward to working with Nicholas in this exciting new chapter for our company as we seek to capture and maximise the opportunities that are arising from cloud computing, intelligent edge and IoT (Industry 4.0).”
